About TEP

Founded in 1990 and based in central London, The Evaluation Partnership (TEP) has established itself as one of Europe's leading evaluation and public sector consulting firms. We provide high quality independent evaluation, monitoring, impact assessment, strategic advice and consultancy services. The majority of our client engagements have been for the European Commission, but we have also served numerous other clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors in the UK and in other countries.



While TEP's core business is the evaluation of policies and programmes, we also offer a wide range of other services tailored to the needs of our clients. In all our projects, we focus on enhancing performance through more relevant, efficient and effective:
